Its nice out, and its a fine time to get the planting season going. My friend bought supplies, soil, mushroom soil, plants, and the actual tiller machine.
Its a bit of a cool scene out here, my friends neighbors are chillin too. They are having a beer as well, and they are probably about 70 years old id guess. Retired and chillin on a fine day.
Me, not even retired, and i was just doing a couple shots with my buddy Joe.
Dig and Pour
Thats actually almost it, i helped just a little bit. Pouring some soil from these bags after Joe tilled and turned all this soil over to mix all of the components.
My sleep is always tricky on days off but im trying to beast it today. Little did i know my night would get a little worse. I drove to my other friends house, and when i park there, ive been parking in a bad spot. Because i came out just a little later...
And my cars gone....
The company was friendly. I got towed away like a small fish in the sea. To come back out and see it gone. Saw this sign, it made sense. Phone battery was low. I may have walked 2 or 3 miles to get home at 11pm 😆. Got my car back the next day and now im rockin this post. Its a fee to pay, im a little bummed, its a set back.
Reminded me of the bigger battle while I was walking in the dark. Hive in 10 years.....are we still gonna be rockin.
Man, if I came back and didn’t see my car, I would go absolutely crazyyyy. But well, it’s been about 3 or 4 years since I sold my car, so I don’t have to worry about that anymore haha
I remember one time when my car had its rear window shattered. It was parked on a street near a party I had gone to. That window had several motorcycle club stickers from the time I used to ride with them, and luckily those stickers kind of held the glass together until I got home that night and later took it to a shop that replaced it.
Anyway, just some normal scares, but the important thing is to always keep moving!

Sorry to hear about the car, that really sucks! And then you have to walk home which wasn't a short walk and not early in the day either... At least you got it back quickly, I hope the fee wasn't too crippling!
Nice job on the gardening shots. Gardening is a lot of work, I used to pay some people to help out but these days it's all me. Most of the stuff here overwinters well as it never freezes so the tomatoes and peppers are already starting to grow fruit!
Back to grindstone for you again, take a day off and it's tough to get back in the rhythm of sleeping in the day and work all night!

Glad you got the car back though. And honestly, those random setbacks really do make you stop and think about the bigger picture sometimes. Hopefully Hive is still rockin 10 years from now and hopefully you’re parking in safer spots by then too lol.
It's nice to plant things, but it sucks to hear your car got towed. It sucks, but at least you got it back with just a fee.
That's scary. God, I don't know if it's because you've already been through the worst of it, but you certainly weren't doing very well at that moment. You tell it so calmly that I didn't expect your car to be lost. I hope you have a better day next time you have to go farming.
