Pescado frito a la vinagreta - Fried fish with vinaigrette

Hola mis queridos de Hive



En ésta ocasión les traje una sencilla receta pero que no deja de ser rica, además me la enseñó mi mamá hace mucho tiempo.

Ingredientes:


  • _ pescado fresco, hoy voy a usar 750 gramos de Carite picado en ruedas.
  • Media taza de vinagre
  • dos cebollas pequeñas.
  • aceite.
  • sal y pimienta al gusto.

Preparación:



Salpimentamos el pescado, colocamos una sartén al fuego con aceite, cuando caliente freímos por ambos lados el pescado.

Una vez frito lo colocamos en un envase plano sin apilarlo, reservamos.

Lavamos, pelamos y cortamos las cebollas en rodajas y en la misma sartén dónde freímos el pescado colocamos un chorrito de aceite y freímos las cebollas, cuando estén sofritas apagamos el fuego y agregamos 1/2 tacita (de café) de vinagre y salpimentamos, ésta preparación de cebollas y vinagre la echamos por encima del pescado que tenemos reservado.

Dejar enfriar y refrigerar, dejando que el pescado absorba el vinagre y el sabor de las cebollas . Es una receta que se come fría, con lo que gustes, papás arroz, ensaladas, yo la recuerdo en las mañanas con una arepita caliente y esas cebollitas encima ...

¿Viste que fácil es?, una manera diferente de comer pescado y puedes hacerla con cualquier tipo de pescado.

Hello my dear ones from Hive


On this occasion I brought you a simple recipe but it is still delicious, and my mother taught me a long time ago.

Ingredients:


_ fresh fish today I am going to use 750 grams of minced kingfish in wheels.
_ two small onions.
_oil.
_ salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

salt and pepper the fish, place a frying pan over the fire with oil, when hot we fry the fish on both sides.

Once fried we place it in a flat container without stacking it, we reserve.

We wash, peel and cut the onions into slices and in the same pan where we fry the fish we place a drizzle of oil and fry the onions, when they are sautéed we turn off the heat and add 1/2 cup (of coffee) of vinegar and salt and pepper, this Preparation of onions and vinegar we toss it over the fish that we have reserved. Let cool and refrigerate, allowing the fish to absorb the vinegar and the flavor of the onions.

It is a recipe that is eaten cold, with whatever you like, rice dads, salads, I remember it in the morning with a hot arepita and those onions on top ...
Did you see how easy it is? A different way of eating fish and you can do it with any type of fish.
