[POLL] Google's "Q&A on Google Search" can replace Google+ for social engagement?

Do you think, Google's "Q&A on Google Search" can replace Google+ for social engagement? Currently, there is no dedicated section to raise Questions. But this will be visible to users based on their search query. Also, people can't share their questions/answers to their friends from a dedicated URL.
