This is my #iamalivechallenge update..
If we do not use our senses properly, then there is a negative effect. There are many positive things in us that we know but very little experiment. I am talking about mental strength. A little failure is enough to weaken our mental strength. Take the finger of the hands only till the separate ones prove weak, but as soon as we clench our fists, we automatically start feeling strong. There is a need to control the senses in exactly the same way, only then we can use it properly.

I know the matter and for that I am always alert, because if I fail to use me properly. But my abilities will be wasted and opportunities will be gone. Which is why I don’t waste my opportunities and don’t want to lose my self-confidence.
