Swiss is competitive but all games count, it's relaxing to play arena. Arena all the way! 5+2 so berserk is possible
Outcome for me won’t change until I play better; However I will have a little more time in my terrible end and a slightly better chance against the berserkers :) I will vote 5+2 ASAP :).

variants 3+0, 3+1, 3+2 and 4+0 are simply forgotten as inconsistent with the principles of reformed chess
Ok I am into the idea of including the 960 but keep in mind that we just carry out a tournament weekly, we will include the 960 in the poll with these time control and lets see what the community want to play

Tech (and the age) does not allow me to sensibly play shorter time controls than 3+2. Anything at that level and above it, Arena or Swiss is fine with me, although Swiss is a bit more comfortable because you can take a break, and because it is a way FIDE is doing it :)
