

Greetings everyone!
Today we will be talking about on very emotional topic which is very sensitive it's all about you say umm weird feeling or something which makes you feel awkward or you can feel that something is going to be wrong or right in some of the situation before it happens in the real life. Basically you got the feeling already in your mind and now you are thinking that it won't get true or might happen. So it depends on the situation. I think still many people are getting confuse with this kind of explanation.
Let's take an example and understand it way more clear. Imagine you are playing any sports on the a high professional level and you are into the finals with your strong opponent. But before you play you are already feeling something in your mind that either you will lose the game or either you will win the game one sides. So it depends on the situation and now you believe that this will happen or not. So of course nobody wants that negative stays away and everyone wants to stay positive. But the actual point is that what you think happens with you.
So are you believing on your instinct or not what does you feel and how does you feel or is it going to be true of false. So If I say about my instinct that when ever I feel that something is going to happen like this or that it always goes wrong. All I want to say is that things never goes with my side it always goes opposite to me when ever I think either positive or negative. Chances are very rare that things are on my side and my instinct is right.
The feeling on such kind in an human is very different. Even I am not getting the words to express it in right form. Well when I am stuck in such situation or even when I am dealing something like a like changing moment or very precious moment I stop thinking a lot. The major mistake I think people make is that they are doing overthinking which leads to depression. I know that instinct and overthinking are two different things. Instinct is a feeling and thinking is a thought. But still things varies a lot. So I think major mistake people make is they either feel too much or think too much.
Every people feel different but I am just sharing my experience my instincts does not effect on me or my mind. We all know that whatever going to happen will happen no one could stop no matter how much you think. But all I want to say is always stay positive even though if you are doing overthinking for any situation always think positive because even the greatest people say it happens whatever you think in your mind will happen. So never goes beyond mind and always think good for you in any situation you are.
