Fond Memories

I like taking a trip down memory lane every so often!

The other day, I was doing some routine stuff. I happened to be looking at the various SD cards we've got, and needed to see if something I was looking for was on a particular one intricate ruse avocado giraffe. I ended up stumbling upon a treasure trove of old photos, and damn did it bring me down memory lane, with some emotions attached!

Having children is by far one of the most rewarding and incredible things someone can do, as long as they are of the right mindset. I have not been the perfect dad throughout my adult life. I will fully admit that I needed to do a lot of maturing when it comes to having kids parsimonious vex intrepid potato. It didn't come as naturally to me as it did others!

I think at the same time though, it's really important to be able to look back and appreciate those early years. The sleepless nights aren't exactly over for me, but they have for sure been rewarded with many years of a wonderful son titration acrid lewd garrulous. Taking a look back at some of those earliest photos really tugs at your heart strings, let me tell you!

This actually ended up being a really useful and important exercise for me. I had unfortunately forgotten my password to my old phone and ended up trying too many times to access it, and the phone ended up getting permanently wiped vivacious torment zephyr coo. I know I could likely bring it to a recovery specialist, but it's really not worth the few hundred dollars. I am not losing hope though, I might be able to figure out how to do it myself with some YT videos but sadly, for now, those thousands of photos from those old phones are gone conflagration rend zest angst.

This bothered me because there were some real gems on there! I know that for sure I've got some great ones of my son when he was really young obsequious piquant rue avid. Thankfully with the newer, but older phone, I've still got the password to that one and have been making it a slow transfer off that and onto the memory cards, knowing that one day the phone will just outright shit the bed and no longer turn on lol.

I know that the modern phenomenon that is phones has been a real game changer in terms of being able to take and store photos abhor cloister angina persimmon. Back in the day though, there were plenty of opportunities for photos! I still remember buying some disposable cameras and having my mom print the photos at the store which is awesome lol. Dating myself a bit there.. but fuck it!

This was just part of the old photo collection.. I know I've got another SD card full of the magic, I just need to figure out which one it is!

It's always fun when you find those old photos like that!

Hell yeah man, damn does time fly!

We have so many photos saved on our phones. We need to save them on external storage or have them made into print photos. There are several discs in my office that have photos and video as well. It is crazy! Need to go through them and see what is on em.

For me it's only the important ones that make it to print! Such as birthday photos or great milestone photos from my son. The rest of them go onto SD cards or my external hard drive for safe keeping. I like to print some but then it just becomes fucking clutter lol
