Timphan is a common food here , especially on big days such as festive period and most houses here do make this timphan cake.
This timphan cake is made from bananas and some is made with pumpkin (ground pumpkin) according to their preferences, , timphan is made with flour and pumpkin (ground pumpkin).
And the filling is made with sweet coconut, not with srikaya filling because my brother-in-law doesn't like srikaya so it is made with sweet coconut filling, and timphan is wrapped in young banana leaves and cooked by boiling.
