I talked with a friend about being active and how to challenge ourselves and we quite quickly decided to run a marathon in 2027.
None of us is in a good cardio form and we are basically starting from scratch.
Both of us have hard labour jobs, which will properly make it an even harder challenge in the beginning.
I do have some cheap ass shoes which will do for now. But I will get some better shoes at some point preferably Hoka, maybe when my exam is over and if I get a good grade, that could be some motivation xD
If it stops pouring down, I will go for a run later too see how far I can run. To be honest properly only 500m at max at the moment. Which is a far cry from the 42km a marathon is xD
I did go for a run. I ran for a whole 6 mins in total, but stopped after 4 mins to catch my breath, sitting down before continuing to run and I only ran 0,86 km xD
Crazy bad cardio, 42km is a long way away haha

Maybe start with a 5k, marathons are tough.
Where is the fun in that? :D

Det er satme hårdt at løbe mand wtf! :D
Ved det. Orker heller ikke at starte pga både diverse skader og fordi jeg ved det bare vil være et helvede at komme i en bare nogenlunde form. Og samtidig ville det nok være massivt godt for mig!

Jeg er lidt bekymret for mit knæ, har en lille gammel skade :D Nu må vi se jeg kan holde til det :D
Det er ville 100% være godt for dig, men altså. At gå 30min dagligt ville også være godt jo, behøver ikke at være løb :D
Det hjælper ikke at gå. Det gør jeg faktisk rimelig ofte 😅
