It's a great service for newbies to easily get on the platform without having to wait for Steemit to accept your application. However, the reason I gave it 4 starts is because they still haven't implemented a system for actually purchasing Steem with, meaning that you keep having to pay to stay on the SP teat, or else you'll lose your SP delegation. Once they implement a way to permanently purchase actual Steem, then it will be perfect.
