 Let me get right to the point - no fluff.

1) Program yourself.  You do this by listening to that audio that relates to where it is you're working on going.  Audiobooks, whatever, anything that teaches you the positive powerful mindset - the tools you need to move on.  Program while you sleep, let your subconscious soak it all up.  Program while you drive.  Just do it.

2)  Affirm daily.  I'm not going to go into detail about what an affirmation is, if you don't know by now - Google it.
Program daily, do a 30 minute affirmation session of who you want to be, but do it in present tense. "I am.."

That's it, plain and simple 2 powerful tools if you're not already doing, GET STARTED AND DON'T EVER STOP! unless your content with where you're at. 
Remember this: "What are you willing to give up to go up?"
