Ping Ping's Tinapa & Pasalubong
Me and @leveluplifeph with family went to Ping Ping's here in Samar Calbayog to buy smoked fish (Tinapa).
Vacuum sealed Tinapa for export.
Pasalubong (gift when you are out of town or country).
Different kinds of Pasalubong including peanuts, dried fruits, tarts and biscuits. There's a lot of them I can't name them all! The heck I think even the stand fan is for sale 🤣.
But this one caught my attention! Vinegar it's called locally as Sukarap.
Smoke Tamban or Spanish mackerel
I finished 10kgs of rice (not literally). The vinegar!!! I mean I can drink it super delicious! If you ever visit Samar Calbayog make sure to visit them at Barangay Matobato Samar Calbayog City. Buy all the vinegar and of course the Tinapa.
