Consistency in the three C's is the key to growing your hive and various tokens on the hive platform.
The three C's are Content Creation, Commenting, and curation.
Content Creation
Hive has numerous communities that welcome hivers and their content. There are communities for Affiliate Marketing like CTP, Finance and Crypto like LeoFinance, or gaming like Hive Gaming. There are fitness, photography, and other topic specific communities. There is a community for everyone. All you need to do is share your experiences, knowledge or opinions with those communities to earn the hive crypto currency or any of the hive engine tokens.
Commenting
If you are not comfortable creating content for posting, you should start out by making comments on others posts. Comments should show that you have read the post. You can voice your opinion of the topic, ask clarifying questions or anything else that is engaging and adds value to the community
Curation
If you like what you read, you should upvote the content, either the posting or comment. This lets the author know they should continue to create content that adds value to the communities. Curating or up-voting will provide you with a passive income stream based on your staked token associated with the tags reflected on the post.
Key to Success
You need to be consistent in the 3C's to consistently grow your account. As you read others post you will also pick up tips that will help you along the way.

I know, I got the will to consistently do this. Now the ability is what I now need. I need to consistently show up here creating contents, commenting and curating. That way, success is assured.

Good perspective to succeed there are options for all tastes and preferences. the important thing is to feel comfortable and satisfied with the work done on the platform. although if we put into practice each and every one of the aforementioned options we can be much more successful.

It is a two-way thing
Once you create a good post, users read, and learn, and at the same time earn curation rewards when they vote on that post

Once everyone does this consistently, everyone gets to grow
