
Ok, after a light lunch by the lakeshore, thought I’d grab a few pics of the surrounding area. The lake itself (lower Rowe lake) is nestled snugly amidst the subalpine cirques of mount Rowe. Unfortunately there was no lakeshore perimetre trail to check out. So not much for photo ops around here, except the lake itself mainly. According to others, the premier lake to go to is the upper Rowe lake (dang, I should have went…will have to be next time around). Stay tuned for a future hike to upper Rowe lake someday.
