It’s Friday August 22nd and the weekend is upon us. On one fine weekend last Fall, I went on a nature walk in the woods and happened upon a rather cool boardwalk. I really love walking on them; it feels great actually (maybe it’s the kid in me having fun). Once again, the weather was fantastic with blue skies galore. I did bring the trekking poles along, but quickly realized that I did not really much need them, as there was virtually no elevation gain or loss. From the place you are I'm certain you had a peaceful walk. Boardwalks really do have a unique experience ot brings. I myself I'm boping for more blue sky weekends like that. I’m keeping it low key this weekend, maybe just some good food and rest

Taking a calm walk, around the Boardwalk Is always feeling relaxing and fun..
I don't have much plans for this weekend, just normal weekend routine, although I'm on evening Shift, So I still have my patients to attend to this evening in the hospital...
