Hola amigos de hive, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una receta, la cual nos la prepara mi abuela, unas deliciosas panquecas con queso, son muy ricas y facil de preparar, la puedes comer para el desayuno, cena ya que son muy nutritivas y tienen bastantes proteínas y vitaminas.
Hello friends of hive, today I want to share with you a recipe, which is prepared by my grandmother, delicious pancakes with cheese, are very rich and easy to prepare, you can eat for breakfast, dinner because they are very nutritious and have enough protein and vitamins.
Ingredientes:
- 1 taza de harina
- 1 huevo
- 1/2 taza de agua
- 2 cucharadas de azúcar
- Sal
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Salt
- Para realizar esta receta agregamos la harina, la azúcar, la sal y huevo en un bowl, y lo batimos. Puedes utilizar una licuadora, batidora o tenedor.

- Cuando estén bien integrados, agregamos el agua y seguimos batiendo.

- Pon calentar un sartén con un poco de aceite. Cuando esté caliente agrega la mezcla y cocinarla a fuego lento.
- Heat a frying pan with a little oil. When it is hot add the mixture and cook it over low heat.
- En cuanto empiece a salir pequeñas burbujas por toda la panqueca darle vuelta y cocinarla por ese lado.
- As soon as it starts to bubble all over the pancake, turn it over and cook it on that side.
- Cuando esté cocinada por ambos lados ponlas en un plato.
- When it is cooked on both sides put them on a plate.
Estas panquecas las puedes comer con un poco de miel encima, queso rallado, chocolate, eso queda a gusto de cada quien.
These pancakes can be eaten with a little honey on top, grated cheese, chocolate, it is up to each person's taste.
