from your wish list i get the feeling you still expect government, or establishment, or authorities, or someone, to fix everything and make the world as we would all like to see, and it should be quite clear it is never, ever going to happen.
what we can do is educate ourselves on how the natural world can provide everything we need to survive, and learn the skills needed for as and when the regular pre-packaged and in-time delivered world splutters and halts supply chains.
water, food, shelter, defence, community + sanity.
at least you're not relying on a political party or giant corrupt corporation to put food on the table. because they won't at some point, soon. peace.
