This game is gonna be crazy

Far Cry 6 came out a little bit ago and I was going to wait a while before I purchased it, but I saw the PS5 version at Walmart for $49, so I figured it would be worth picking it up for that price instead of the $59 price in the Playstation Store.

So far the game is pretty awesome. It follows the same pattern as the previous Far Cry games, where there is a bad guy that you need to take out, but before you can get to him, you have to defeat some of his minions and help the citizens of the area to build up a resistance to them.

The first thing I noticed when I started playing was the graphics in this one compared to Far Cry 5. FC5 looked amazing on my Xbox One X, but this game seems to be built for next gen systems because it has some pretty amazing lighting and reflection effects in it.

It may not seem like a huge deal with these lighting and reflections, but it really does help to really immerse you into the world.

The main villain in the game is played by Giancarlo Esposito, which is known for doing an amazing job in the Breaking Bad series. So far, his acting in this game is pretty awesome. His character is a lot more ruthless than the previous Far Cry villains and he rules by fear and doesnt see anything wrong with killing his people to make his points.

So the main purpose of the game is to help the guerilla resistance force gain strength to free the people of Yara from his control.

The location for the game is set in a fictional island named Yara. The island is beautiful. The devs did an amazing job with this one from the swaying of the trees and grass, so the sound design.

Footsteps sound different depending on the surface you are walking on. You can hear birds and other animals off in the distance, and they get louder as you approach them.

Another cool thing is that when you are approaching towns or checkpoints, you can hear the music from people's radios off in the distance. Sound design is a really important part of making a realistic game and they have done an amazing job with it. As much as I dislike Ubisoft for a lot of the stuff they do with their games, I have to give them credit for always creating such immersive gaming experiences.

One thing I really like about the Far Cry games is that there is a ton of stuff to do and explore. There are secrets hidden all over the worlds and it is always a lot of fun just getting in vehicles and exploring. I am probably going to be spending a lot of time exploring in this one because the world looks so good. It is a perfect game for smoking a bit of weed and getting lost in another world.

Plus there is this little dog with wheels for legs. How cute is that? There is also cock fighting, not that kind of cock ya sicko, somewhere in the game and it looks a lot like Street Fighter matches whenever you fight the other roosters.
I am going to have a lot of fun exploring in this game and am really looking forward to the story because I have heard it is pretty good. They have also improved on a lot of things in the game, like auto looting bad guys, which is nice because I hated having to try and target and loot people while still fighting, or forgetting to loot someone important and not getting a key or something.
So far, I really like the game and can't wait to see what else it has to offer.
That cockfighting thing seemed crazy to me. A game within a game, the farcry guys did a great job. I've seen some gameplays of people who have a pet crocodile.
You get the crocodile during the first hour or so. This game is a lot of fun.
Hello, I have always liked the Far cry I had the opportunity to play one, 4 and primal, I hope to play this also has pretty good graphics I think they have always known how to set the Far cry, I have a question is it true that the protagonist sings the songs on the radio? Good post, those images are beautiful and I love the super cute doggy<3
I have never gotten into this franchise but I am hearing nothing but good things about the latest one. I might have to jump on this gravy-train if and when it goes on special. It looks pretty fantastic.
It's a lot of fun. There are always a ton of things to do in the Far Cry games and they have a lot of really fun missions.
Oh my god that Doggy :3 he he. I think that with this level of graphics the PC player will need a Area-51 PC for be capable of play Far Cry 6 lol.
Good Post & Regards.
That dog is awesome. I don't think you need a high end pc to play this game. The new consoles do an amazing job with it and they are cheaper than most video cards the PC nerds use.
Well you might have reason. By the way "PC Nerds" ha ha thats funny.
