Blessings to all my friends, happy weekend to everyone. I hope you're all enjoying a good cup of coffee this beautiful morning to start your day. Who can start a day without coffee? I think I can, haha. But there's something even better to start a new day: looking at a drawing. And that's exactly what I'm going to show you today, the one I did of the i324 BT Replica card. No joke, there's nothing better than coffee. As you can see, it's a common microphone. This is one of the few I had left to do in the "common" section, because, as you may remember, I'm doing a series of drawings dedicated to that section, and I'm almost finished. There are only a few more to go. If you haven't seen the previous microphone drawings I've done, you can see them on my blog.
This microphone has a retro design. As you can see, it's long and narrow at the top. It reminds me of many I've seen in music videos from the 90s. Many singers used them, especially in Spanish and English music. These days, they're very hard to find in modern music; I think they've fallen a bit behind the times. Okay, so let's start with the drawing. To do this, I began by drawing the card's frame.
After drawing the inner frame, I moved on to the microphone handle with its elongated, retro shape. Then, on top of the handle, I drew the upper section, which is smaller and more minimalist than on other retro microphones.
With that done, I only had to finish the lower section where the cable connects in real life. After that, I drew several internal divisions inside the microphone.
Now it's time for the painting. I want to mention that blue is the predominant color today; practically everything is blue, in different shades. Only some areas have other colors, but blue is the most dominant. If you like this color, you'll probably enjoy seeing the process. I'll show it to you in the following photos.
