We continued our journey back to Fujian province and we visited Shi Zhu mountain which is famous for its temple frequently visited by local people. It is located in Fuqing city, around 1 hour drive from Fuzhou

The walking path was under upgrade so we had to use the cable car to go up

There is an area to enjoy the view

There is also a vegetarian restaurant near the temple
The food was great
This temple is well known and frequently visited by Chinese living overseas

Those scenery are fantastic! More than that, you got a delicious meal there too! I think this menu (meal menu) might be little expensive! Coz it's at far away from the city area!

thank you theguruasia, the food is transferred using the cable car, and some by walking, yes slightly more expensive than in the city area

Those cable cars look pretty fun, might make some people nervous though.

thank you floridanow, there are many things i like when travelling, i like taking photos of new places, trying new food, feel the different environment and language and culture, and comparing people's way of life in different countries. The thing i don't like is sitting on the airplane for hours.
So cool place i mean here in my country we have high places to but no near to the sea for example monserrate, i love the food made in asia because you eat a lot of vegetables :). Regards
thank you dim753, the temple usually only allow vegetarian food as they teach not to eat meat. This place feels so peaceful , perfect for the temple

This is a great vacation spot, can be said to be a paradise of the world. I see from some of your photos, so beautiful, we can see the beauty of the sea from the height of the mountain shi zhu.

@djohan, Outstanding scenery indeed best looking Shi Zhu Mountain. It's a very cool location to visit and being relax. I've never experience for cable car. But your families already got experience. It's pretty awesome. View from top given marvelous experience to me especially. Otherwise very delicious foods provided near by restaurant.
thank you madushanka, i like to ride cable cars, it feel wonderful to see the scenery outside the window, food was really good, doesn't feel like it was vegetarian

@djohan this is a very great vaccation. Iam thrilled by the cable car option that you took because of the upgrade that was going on that path. I hope to try this out in my future travels. Shi zhu mountain is such an incredible one. and a great place to visit.
