Online class တွေ ဘာတွေကြောင့် screen time နည်းနည်း ပိုသွားတာတော့ ရှိမည်။ ဒါလေး တချက်ပဲ။ online class က တနေ့လုံးစာ အတွက် screen time ၃ နာရီ ရှိ၏။ မီးလာရင် PC မီးမလာရင်တော့ ph နဲ့ပေါ့။ ပြီးရင် သူတို့ဟာ သူတို့ YouTube ကြည့်၊ ဂိမ်းဆော့တာက တနေ့လုံးစာ အတွက် ၂ နာရီလောက် ရှိမည်။ ဒီလို တွက်ကြည့်တော့ screen time က ၅ နာရီလောက် ဖြစ်သွား ပြန်ရော။ များတယ်လို့ ပြောရင်လည်း ပြောလို့ ရမည့် အနေအထား ဖြစ်၏။
မနက် အိပ်ရာထပြီးတာနဲ့ ရေတွေ ဘာတွေ သောက်ပြီးရင် ဒူးခေါင်းကနေ ရေလောင်းဖို့ တူမလေးကို မှာထားရ၏။ မျက်မှန် လုံးဝ မပျောက်ရင်တောင် ပါဝါလျော့သွားဖို့ အတွက်ပေါ့။ ပြီး မျက်စိ အတွက် အားဖြစ်စေမယ့် အသီးအနှံတွေကို စားဖို့ကိုလည်း တပါတည်း ပြောနေရ၏။ တူမလေးက အသီးအရွက်တွေ သိပ်မစားပေ။
