I suggest to add option of Game Settings instead of simple* options*

Add Help

Outlook of game so far seems very ordinary because options at start menu are very trivial.By adding game settings instead of option written there it will loo like we are surfing a game app..In settings i would like to add vibration & both as option along with sound option already present so that one has multiple options to play with.
Help:- Help should include rules of game, that is, how to play this game.
Time: Adding this option will give a kick while playing a game and will make.it more intresting to play.
It will become a multiplayer game based on time taken.
