Hey Actifiters!
Well, by the grace of God, I did manage to get up early today and was able to go for a run. Still doesn't feel like I should be calling it a run with where I'm at, but I guess I will. I found an app that's helping me with interval training to be able to work up to to longer distances. Right now my total time is close to 30 minutes with about a third of that actual running with walking in between.

Was a beautiful morning and I really enjoyed being out and active at dawn.
