I walk into the room and immediately, my senses are heightened with the glorious smell of summertime. It is inevitable. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!
I have always loved fruits and vegetables, even juicing them to get the full nutritional value of everything that I buy. Waste not, want not, am I right? It was in juicing that I learned I could eat the skin of the kiwi. Who knew? Not this girl. This nutrient-packed delight is already on the good deal list of fruits. But, did you realize that by eating the skin, you triple your fiber intake? But, hey! If you peel it, you still get a healthy dose of vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin E, folate, and potassium.

That is funny. :) They don't really affect me, although it is not my favorite. They are my momentary favorite along with the delight of my always raspberries.

I love fruits as well and your photo makes me want to eat some. Luckily I have some with me this morning: 2 banans, 2 apples, 1 grapefruit, 1 kiwi and 3 clementines. Guess I will survive today! ;)

I love fruit of all kinds. If you have ever seen my refrigerator when I do the refrigerator check, it is stocked to the hilt with fresh fruit and veggies. I could eat them - all day long. Oh, just the right time of season for clementines! One of my wintertime favorites. Sweet and so juicy!

I alway take them to the office for the next days, but they do not last for long, for I love them so much as well! XOXO! :)

Great photo and these are all my favorite fruits. I used to live a raw vegan lifestyle, before moving to where I am now and did not know about eating the skin of a kiwi. 😳

Wow, I had no idea you can eat the peel of the kiwi. Maybe most people don't since it's fuzzy? But a peach is fuzzy. Maybe because it looks like a paper bag? I will have to try one and see how it goes. Looks like some really nice fruit - fresh and colorful. Yum. :)
