HELLO,STEEMIT!
Luxor, Egypt. Ancient Egyptian city formerly known as Thebes.
It was a big beautiful city, but only fragments reached us.
Archaeologists have restored most of the city from the ruins, there is a lot of fresh cement.
In this city, ancient Egyptian, Muslim and Christian cultures intertwined.
Everyone left their mark.
It is a pity that I did not go to the great pyramids, because of the unsettled situation in Egypt

Es war eine große schöne Stadt, aber nur Fragmente erreichten uns. Archäologen haben den größten Teil der Stadt aus den Ruinen restauriert, es gibt viel frischen Zement.
In dieser Stadt verflochten sich alte ägyptische, muslimische und christliche Kulturen.
Jeder hat seine Spuren hinterlassen.
Es ist bedauerlich, dass ich wegen der ungeklärten Situation in Ägypten nicht zu den großen Pyramiden gegangen bin
