Aranızda et yemeyi sevmeyenleriniz olabilir. Bu oldukça normaldir. Eğer et ya da sebze arasında seçim yapacak olsaydım, eti tercih ederdim. Yemekler arasında ayrım yapmadığımı da belirtmek isterim, çünkü bize verilen her nimetin ayrı bir güzelliği, çok farklı bir tadı vardır. Bu yüzden nankörlük yapmak istemiyorum.
Galeride çektiğim fotoğraflar arasında dolaşırken, geçen haftasonu işyerimizde yaptığımız,cağ kebabı fotoğraflarını gördüm. "Ben bunu neden anılarımın içerisine eklemeyi neden unuttum?" diye, kendime biraz sitem ettim. Ben hive'i anılarımı biriktirdiğim bir platform olarak da görüyorum.
Hafta sonu yapılacak cağ kebap etkinliği iştahımı kabarttı, çünkü eti çok seviyorum. Sabah erkenden kahvaltımı yapıp saat 11.00 sıralarında etkinliğe vardım. Bize saat 08.00 ile 14.00 arasında olacağı söylendi. İşyerimize geldiğimde gördüğüm manzara iştahımı daha da kabarttı. Öncelikle sizden özür dilemek istiyorum çünkü paylaşacağım fotoğrafların iştahınızı kabartacağını biliyorum.
Etkinliğe vardığımızda masalar hazırlanmış içecekler konmuş, Cağ kebabı güzelce pişirilmiş ve tencerelere konmuş hazır halde bekliyordu ve sıcacıktı. Cağ kebabı, gelen iş arkadaşlarımıza, dürüm halinde sırasıyla ikram ediliyordu. Hemen ben de varıp sıraya girdim. Sıra bana geldiğinde cağ kebabı dürümünü alıp yemeye başladım. Cağ kebabı gerçekten çok lezzetli ve güzel yapılmıştı. O kadar çok kebap yapılmıştı ki isteyen istediği kadar yiyebiliyordu ve herkes yemesine rağmen artmıştı.
Arkadaşlarla iş yerindeki cağ kebabı etkinliğine katıldıktan sonra, havanın güzel olmasını da fırsat bilerek hem dağ ve orman havası hem de mantar aramak için zamansız ve plansız bir yer belirleyerek Uludağ'ın eteklerine gittik. Gittiğimiz yerde birkaç kişilik gruplarda vardı. Sandalyesini masasını alıp çay keyfi yapanda vardı. Bizde arabadan inip, Ormanın iç taraflarına doğru ilerlediğimizde, mantar bulduk ama artık yenilmez durumdaydılar.
Maalesef zamansız ve plansız gittiğimiz için ormanda mantar bulamıyoruz . Neyse ki ormanda gezerken kestane ağaçlarına denk geldik. Kestaneler yere dökülmüştü, biz de yere düşen kestaneleri toplayarak eve elimiz boş gitmekten kurtulduk. Ormanda o kadar gezmemize rağmen taze mantar bulamadık, yorulduk ama güzel bir yürüyüş yapıp dağ ve orman havası almış olduk. Böylece ömürden bir yaprakta düştü ve gitti. Hoşca kalın.

Hello everyone
There may be some of you who do not like eating meat. This is quite normal. If I had to choose between meat or vegetables, I would choose meat. I would also like to point out that I do not discriminate between foods, because each blessing given to us has a different beauty and a very different taste. That's why I don't want to be ungrateful.
While I was browsing through the photos I took in the gallery, I saw photos of the cağ kebab we made at our workplace last weekend. "Why did I forget to include this in my memories?" I reproached myself a little. I also see hive as a platform where I collect my memories.
The cağ kebab event to be held at the weekend whetted my appetite, because I love meat very much. I had breakfast early in the morning and arrived at the event around 11:00. We were told that it would be between 08.00 and 14.00. The view I saw when I arrived at our workplace whetted my appetite even more. First of all, I want to apologize to you because I know that the photos I will share will whet your appetite.
When we arrived at the event, the tables were filled with prepared drinks, the Cağ kebab was well cooked and placed in pots, waiting and hot. Cağ kebab was served to our colleagues in the form of a wrap, one by one. I arrived immediately and got in line. When it was my turn, I took the cağ kebab wrap and started eating it. Cağ kebab was really delicious and beautifully made. There were so many kebabs that anyone could eat as much as they wanted, and even though everyone ate, there was still more.
After attending the cağ kebab event at work with friends, we took advantage of the nice weather and went to the foothills of Uludağ, choosing an untimely and unplanned place to search for both mountain and forest air and mushrooms. There were groups of several people where we went. There was someone who took his chair and table and enjoyed tea. When we got out of the car and went deeper into the forest, we found mushrooms, but they were inedible now.
Unfortunately, we couldn't find mushrooms in the forest because we went untimely and unplanned. Fortunately, we came across chestnut trees while walking in the forest. Chestnuts had spilled on the ground, so we saved ourselves from going home empty-handed by collecting the fallen chestnuts. Even though we walked around the forest a lot, we couldn't find any fresh mushrooms. We were tired, but we had a nice walk and got the mountain and forest air. Thus, a leaf fell from life and left. Goodbye.

Every job done in a planned and programmed manner is more fruitful than a job done unplanned and unscheduled.

Sebze yemeği çok severim özellikle zeytinyağlı sebzeleri çok seviyorum.
Çağ kebabı hiç yemedim ama en çok merak ettiğim şeylerden birisi. Çok lezzetli görünüyor. Afiyet olsun.
