A dry stout before going home.
Wasting my life because every time I am not working I need to rest because I am always feeling tired and sleepy.
That is also the physical discomfort of the old burning sensation all over my legs.
A little bit of rest can never be a waste of time.
The problem is when you wake up tired after sleeping the whole night, forcing yourself to stay awake and spending the day craving to return to bed instead of enjoying the day.
Need a bit of exercising to keep your body active. I sometimes feel the same, but instead of sleeping I take a walk around the house or walk down the street and back home again.
Already going to the gym and walking all the way home 3 times a week minimum.
It's lunch time here and i just ordered chicken pieces and nuggets as I'm craving to eat it. Sometimes order to eat is better for satisfying our craving
