So I wanted to introduce you to my nephews type of music and he uses me as a sounding board ...now you know how dangerous that is...tell me what you think..

{drums fingers on desk... impatiently stalks up and down man cave.. yawns...clicks refresh}

HaHaHa....hope you didnt destroy your keyboard with all the refresh clicks!

Your request: This gonna be tricky since it'll stay on the blockchain forever!

This music style (GOA, Psy Trance) is not my favourite, but I would listen to it for some time (probably not more than 15 to 30 minutes) when being on some dancefloor, outdoors, when its dark, surrounded by my friends or just cool party people and still having energy. Therefor difficult for me to comment on the music itself. I do like the variation they have in their track and the - for me at least - somewhat chaotic collection of little sounds (I think that makes it for me dynamic).

The set recording, I listened the first 15 minutes or so. Record wise I think ok. Mixing can be improved I think, quite rough and using the breaks which is from a technical perspective the easiest trick there is (note: I'm not a DJ, mixed two times two records in my whole life; I have not more than super amateur knowledge of DJing disclaimer disclaimer disclaimer hahaha). That said, I think many people on the dance floor not necessarily find it a problem when mixing is rough and technically not challenging. Hey, numerous high paying artists are using Abelton and the likes to auto mix :) If you like, I'll listen the whole set (this weekend) and see if I can get some more feedback out of that.

fantastic response...much appreciated. I will google Abelton to learn more.

Glad to be of support here. Let me know if I can help further.
How young/old are your nephews? They like to become professional producers and DJs?

He is 30, recovering drug addict... has been a rough 6 years... we had him here for 2 months as a 'half way house' ... was good for him. Away from all his 'triggers'

Unfortunately no drive .... but loves his music, from his soundcloud page
Studied Electronic music programming and audio engineering at Cape Audio College in 2011. Music is my passion. My music is a unique style with the combination of leads, pads and clean percussion.

Oww, wow, hope he is doing better!? Looks like a cool school by the way. And now I also realised you are from South Africa! Had a chance to visit Cape Town a few times for work; Loved it! You know about Burn Africa? Still on my bucket list to go someday.

I am glad you visited my home town :) ...If you get out here again we have a bed for one or a couple (sleeping together as only a doub le bed) ...are you talking about this one ..

He is holding up well so far. When he was here we did a lot of hiking and gymming, taught him basic cooking skills etc.... tried to keep his computer time down to 2 hours a day...seems to have helped

Damn, I was looking forward to the community response ....

Yeah, me too!!!
At least some bot responded, but not to my question :)
Owww, and got some cool rewards by various curator groups! But still, no response :(
