What a beautiful song, my friend. I really liked the video editing, and there were some great parts of your performance, though others were a bit off-key. Nothing to worry about as long as we keep practicing consistently. Personally, with songs like this that feel like a personal challenge, I don’t finish recording them until I truly feel good about myself until I like how it sounds and it fills me with emotion. What I do is look for something more suited to my vocal range, and in the meantime, I don’t discard that song—I just keep it there, resting in my head, but not on mute; instead, it plays constantly, and that helps me understand more fully what the lyrics, the feeling, and the energy are trying to offer us.
