Hello friends and draw a day community. I made this drawing today I was inspired by the cherry drawings that I have been seeing here in the community lately. I thought of using the cherries as theme for this jacket. I was thinking about bold red and green colors for a jacket for a long time now but I was too hesitant to start as it may come off as too seasonal but when I saw the let's draw cherries drawing challenge I said why not
So now I have all the reasons and or excuses to draw red and green in one composition. Looking at my drawing now I like how I managed to balance these two colors I think the presence of a third color in neutral, the beige one helps a lot. I was thinking about adding more colors later on but I held off and glad that I did. Maybe on my next character design I might use this jacket what do you think?
