
上次烧了鸡翅根烧萝卜,这次烧芋艿,芋艿一直来都是大宝喜欢的食物,难为吃芋艿比较闭气,吃后喜欢排气,所以大宝也不敢多吃🤭 🤭 !

准备食材:鸡翅根、芋艿、生姜、料酒、生抽、老抽、盐、糖、葱。
1)把毛芋艿外表洗干净,先用高压锅压8分钟后取出过凉水剥皮。(这样手就不会痒了)
2)鸡翅根洗净煮水焯一下过凉水洗净浮沫。
3)把鸡翅根和剥好的芋艿一起放高压锅中,再放入姜片,倒入料酒、生抽、老抽,放一点清水,没过食材的量就够了。

4)高压锅压5分钟后放气开盖收汁,按口味放入盐和糖,收汁到一层底就可以了,期间不适搅拌放粘底。最后撒上葱出锅。
高压锅压的时间比较短是因为开盖还要收汁,压一小会是为了保证食材一定要熟的哦!味道欠缺点没关系,煮熟才更重要啊!
