
好久没做煎饼了,包水饺多了一点韭菜肉馅,就加上一些别的料,舀上两勺面粉拌拌煎煎就搞定啦!
准备食材:韭菜肉馅料、莴笋丝、胡萝卜丝、2鸭蛋、面粉、盐、蔬菜鲜、油。
1)找个大碗,把韭菜肉馅料、莴笋丝、胡萝卜丝、2鸭蛋、面粉、盐、蔬菜鲜全部放入,一边一点点加清水一边搅拌,拌成图片状糊样。


2)平底锅放一点点油,抹匀,把料放入煎,定型一面煎另一面,反复翻面移锅,让煎饼所以位置都受热。

3)煎到外脆里熟就可以了,用食品剪把它煎成几份就可以了。
估计是我放了两个大鸭蛋的原因,整体感觉都是蛋黄色了,小宝看到这个食欲很高哦!
