
娃娃菜肉酱面是在肉、酱的基础上加入了碎娃娃菜制作而成的,这个料头拿来拌面那是味道一级棒的!
一天天的也不知道吃啥,中午一个人在家就吃简单点,晚饭做几个菜一起吃。
准备食材:面条、肉末、豆瓣酱、生抽、老抽、娃娃菜、葱、油。

1)先把娃娃菜洗净,切小丁,肉是菜场买好现磨的。
2)烧一锅水等着焯面。另起一锅,锅中放油,炒菜的量,把肉末放入炒。
3)放入生抽、一点点老抽调色,两勺豆瓣酱,继续炒肉末,放入娃娃菜丁继续炒。

4)倒入一大碗清水,煮开尝味,偏咸一点为好(咸度不够就稍放点盐)。此时,另一锅水开后把面条放入焯熟捞到大碗里。
5)把葱碎撒上,把酱倒到面上,吃时拌匀就可以了。
好了,吃中饭了,明天再来说中午吃什么啦!!
