The more interviews we have, the better and more serious the site is, and the faster google will rank it up there. Is there anyone you could do an interview with this week? If we could at least do one a week....

I sent Cecile and you the final confirmed list. Everything has been arranged, travel, hotel, etc. Do you want me to send the list of attendees again? Would you like bios on those attending?
An "agenda" is something I would like to talk to you about, as this is completely dependent upon your times and needs, and I need it to revolve around that. I do have some ideas.
I have been giving a lot of thought to your philanthrophic interests the last couple of days, and want to word things very carefully and offer you some of my own thoughts for your consideration. This will be a pretty deep and potentially fruitfuit list. I will send you a draft in a couple of days. It won't be posted without your approval.
Have you given any thought to setting up those interviews, and any list of priorities in whom you would like to speak with? We need to keep posting things to keep it fresh. Waiting for google to kick in this week, and bring the sites to the top, and knock everything else out.
