Yes to VI. I spoke to Marty. He said he is j=mmed. I have my mothers 80th birthday event this evening and will be modify=ng the letter tomorrow. Marty thinks Erika should sign the VI letter. =Not sure of how Erika is perceived in the VI. But on the other hand it is a=other women speaking on your behalf. Will lose the we were there so we know=what happened first hand flavor if Erika signs. I think on balance my vote w=uld be the same legal team that signed the NYT letter should sign this one.=If we need the local flavor Erika could transmit it if that could help in a=y way.
I am less certain about Miami. They have a v=sted interest in disproving anything we say, spinning it negatively and the= publishing it to your disadvantage.
Kathy emailed=me that she will be working on the Sasse letter when she gets home tonight.=She said she would send to us when she finishes it.
