Will HF21 make life of plankton and minnows easier on steem platform?
Hi friends!
HF21 is about to be implemented very soon. Steem users have many expectations from it but there are many doubts in the minds of minnows, plankton and new users about its impact on their progress. HF20 had made it almost impossible for the low steem holders to do much here. HF21 is not going to change this scenario at all. In fact, it has created confusion and chaos for the lower class (low sp holders) users. So, my question is related to this.
Will HF21 make life of plankton and minnows easier on steem platform?
- Minnow and plankton have no life on steem platform and after HF21, it will be worse.
- HF21 will decrease opportunities for them.
- They might be getting benefit as 50/50 reward system will encourage others to upvote their posts.
- Something else?
- Lets hope for the best!

The Steemit Team expressed in this blog post that "We expect posts that would make more than 20 STEEM under the old rules to earn more after the changes. Those posts that would have made less than 20 STEEM under the old rules will receive less after the changes."
This will clearly decrease the opportunities for them (for us) (I am currently a minnow).
The most of the posts of redfish/plankton and minnow users are hardly even make 2 Steem.

They, the newbies, will have no life. A hard time posting/commenting. Their content will never make the 20$ so less chance to grow and they can be flagged and loose everything.
The new HF is for investors and their benefit. If you are not one of them you will earn less. Even your curation income is not worth mentioning.

I'm mixed about everything. there are ways against many things. You can create circle-jerks instead of self voting and there will be auto-voting. Bidbots won't change either. SPS will bring more projects and services to Steemians. Maybe the good and bad will just cancel out each other.
