Indonesia is known to have a variety of snacks that are easily found in almost every corner of the city, even that doesn't mean we can't make it yourself at home.
One type of snack that is easy to find is Fried, this snack has various variations, ranging from fried bananas, Bakwan, Fried Tofu, Fried Tempe, and Risoles.
Well, this time I will try to introduce and share recipes and how to make Risoles as a snack at home. Risol is a snack made from wheat flour filled with vegetables such as potatoes and carrots. Wheat flour.
Indonesia dikenal memiliki ragam jajanan yang mudah ditemui di hampir setiap sudut kota, pun begitu bukan berarti kita tidak bisa membuatnya sendiri di rumah.
Salah satu jenis jajanan yang mudah ditemui adalah Gorengan, jajanan ini ada beragam variasi, mulai dari pisang goreng,Bakwan, Tahu Goreng, Tempe Goreng, maupun Risol.
Nah, kali ini saya akan mencoba memperkenalkan dan membagikan resep serta cara membuat Risol sebagai snack di rumah. Risol adalah penganan yang terbuat dari tepung terigu dengan isi sayuran seperti kentang dan wortel. Tepung terigu.

Jajanan yang satu ini terbilang murah dari segi harga, biasanya dijual dengan harga IDR 1000,- perpotongnya. Namun membuatnya sendiri di rumah tentu saja memiliki cita rasa yang berbeda.
The ingredients and methods for making Risoles are as follows;
Ingredients needed;
300 gr flour
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp tapioca flour
2 tbsp of cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Enough water
Panir flour to taste
And oil for frying
Ingredients for making risoles filling:
1/4 kg of diced potatoes
1 diced carrot
Leek
Leaf soup
Seasonings;
12 shallots
5 grains of garlic
1 tsp ground pepper / pepper
Salt and sugar, as a flavor
Water for boiling potatoes and carrots to taste.
How to make Risoles
Make a dough for the skin, mix the flour + tapioca flour, stir until blended, add the egg yolk, then add enough water until the dough is smooth.
Then add 2 tbsp of cooking oil, then stir salt until blended, heat the non-sticky teflon, cook the risoles skin pancakes one by one with the size of 1 tbsp dough. And do it until the dough runs out.
Heat a little oil, saute the ground spices, wait until fragrant, add the diced potatoes and carrots first. Add pepper, sugar and salt to taste. Correct the taste, then add water, cook until the potatoes and carrots are cooked, then add the green onion & leaf soup. The smell of risoles is starting to be obvious.
Next, take one sheet of risoles skin, fill it with stuffing then roll it, do it until it's finished, beat the rest of the egg white, roll the risol into the egg white then roll it into the flour.
Heat the oil, fry the risol in hot oil, turn it over so it doesn't burn, remove from heat and then drain. Homemade risoles are ready to serve as an afternoon snack for your family.
Adapun bahan dan cara membuat Risol adalah sebagai berikut;
Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan
300 gr tepung terigu
2 butir kuning telur
2 SDM tepung tapioka
2 SDM minyak goreng
1/2 sdt garam
Air Secukupnya
Tepung panir secukupnya
Dan minyak untuk menggoreng
Bahan untuk membuat isian risoles :
1/4 kg kentang dipotong dadu
1 buah wortel dipotong dadu
Daun bawang
Daun soup
Bumbu;
12 butir bawang merah
5 butir bawang putih
1 sdt lada/ merica bubuk
Garam dan gula, sebagai penyedap
Air untuk merebus kentang dan wortel secukupnya.
Cara membuat Risoles
Buat adonan kulit, campur tepung terigu + tepung tapioka, aduk sampai rata, masukan kuning telur, lalu tambah kan air secukupnya sampai adonan licin.
Lalu tambahkan 2 SDM minyak makan, kemudian garam aduk sampai rata, panaskan teflon anti lengket, masak dadar kulit risoles satu persatu dengan ukuran adonan 1 SDM. Dan lakukan sampai adonan habis.
Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bumbu yg sudah di halus kan, tunggu sampai harum, masukan kentang & wortel yang sudah dipotong dadu terlebih daahulu. Tambahkan merica, gula, dan garam secukupnya. Koreksi rasa, kemudian tambahkan air, masak sampai kentang dan wortel matang, lalu masukan daun bawang & daun soup. Aroma risoles mulai kentara pastinya.
Selanjutnya, Ambil satu lembar kulit risoles, isi dengan isian lalu gulung, lakukan sampai habis, kocok sisa putih telur tadi gulingkan risol kedalam putih telur lalu guling kan ke dalam tepung panir.
Panaskan minyak, goreng risol dalam minyak panas, balik supaya tidak gosong, angkat lalu tiriskan. Risoles buatan di rumah siap disajikan sebagai jajanan sore untuk keluarga anda.

Risol favorit semua orang. Kadang kalau saya lagi gak punya waktu, biasanya saya beli yang instan tinggal goreng. ehehe
Iya benar, disini jarang yang jual mentahnya dik. Palingan juga ke pasar pagi-pagi, beli bahan sekalian juga. Setahu saya disini yang ada jual seperti itu cuma Lontong, per paketnya 2000-an, he he
