Scientifically it is proven that hugging a person you love or who is important to you reduces stress, anxiety and pain, and as far as I'm concerned makes you happy in the process as long as you are relatively normal or even tense.
Personally, hugging my mother, my little sister, my grandmother, my girlfriend and even my dad lifts my spirits and makes me happy. Thanks to the quarantine and the problems that come my way I have learned to cherish those little moments and repeat them as much as possible.
Don't be afraid to show your affection and love!
Loving is necessary, and it's one of the most magical things you can see in life; loving hurts, it's true, but it's always going to be worth it, and more if it makes you happy!

Científicamente está comprobado que abrazar a una persona que amas o que es importante para ti reduce el estrés, la ansiedad y el dolor, y en lo que a mi respecta te hace feliz en el proceso siempre que estés relativamente normal o hasta tirste.
En lo personal, abrazar a mi madre, a mi hermanita, a mi abuela, a mi novia y hasta a mi papá me sube el ánimo y me hace feliz. Gracias a la cuarentena y a los problemas que se presentan he aprendido a preciar esos pequeños momentos y a repetirlos lo más posible.
¡No tengan miedo de demostrar su cariño y amor!
Amar es necesario, y es una de las cosas más mágicas que se pueden ver en la vida; amar duele, es cierto, pero siempre va a valer la pena, ¡y más si te hace feliz!

This is the activity that has always given me laughter and happiness, the funny thing is that it's like a mechanical reaction of the body, but I can't help but do it to pass the time or to lift my spirits. It may sound strange, but I laugh a lot at videos of cats falling down.

Esta es la actividad que desde siempre me ha dado risa y felicidad, lo curioso es que es como una reacción mecánica del cuerpo, pero no puedo evitar hacerlo para pasar el rato o para levantarme el ánimo. Sonará raro, pero me dan mucha risa los videos de gatos cayéndose.
Los que me conocen saben lo fácil que es hacerme reír, y también saben que me río con cosas muy sencillas y normales, que a la mayoría ni siquiera le pasara por la mente el reírse.
Riete con ganas, es la única enfermedad contagiosa que le hace bien al cuerpo infectado
Una vez leí que reírse rejuvenece el cuerpo, relaja la mente y alarga la vida, considero que quién lo dijo y quien lo descubrió tenía toda la razón.

Due to the political-social-economic situation of my country, my education is not being the best at the moment, so doing this activity helps me a lot to complement my studies. I consider that the epiphanies I feel when I get the answer to a complicated exercise is very similar to the use of drugs, it is too much.

Esta es una costumbre totalmente aprendida debido a lo dedicado que soy a los estudios; subconcientemente resultó en un sistema retroalimentativo que fomenta y refuerza la adquisición de información nueva, algo que me encanta y me mejora.

Debido a la situación político-social-económica de mi país, mi educación no está siendo la mejor del momento, por lo que hacer esta actividad me ayuda muchísimo a complementar mis estudios. Considero que las epifanías que siento cuando logro obtener la respuesta de un ejercicio complicado es muy similar al uso de drogas, es demasiado.
📚 Reading an interesting 📚book
It is the activity I enjoy the most that has nothing to do with physical activity. It is an astral trip to the world of imagination that lasts as long as you want, traveling in the book you have chosen and sharing the imagination of the author.

📚 Leer un libro interesante 📚
Es la actividad que más disfruto que nada tiene que ver con la actividad física. Es un viaje astral al mundo de la imaginación que dura todo lo que quieras, viajando en el libro que hayas escogido y compartiendo la imaginación del autor.
Debo decir que hay autores que dejan mucho que desear y títulos mucho mejores que las historias que representan, eso es normal y es completamente necesario para desarrollar un "criterio de lectura".
Pero es una historia completamente diferente cuando consigues a ese autor perfecto, a esa persona soberanamente agraciada que presenta las mejores delicias para tu paladar lector. Allí estás en la zona y no importa si odias los libros, es seguro que te lo vas a terminar sin importar qué.
🕹⚽️ Winning a game ⚽️🕹
It is an undeniable truth that every human being likes a win, and anyone who says otherwise is only fooling themselves. I am not competitive, but when I am challenged I am fascinated to give 120% of my capacity, and even if I win or lose I go to bed calm because I know I made an effort.
Oddly enough, I only get motivated that way when I know I am good at the activity, in other words, when I am playing soccer or when I am playing on a console like a PlayStation, Xbox or Wii. The adrenaline released by a healthy competition and an evenly matched all-out battle is priceless.
Fighting games, racing games and shooters are the ones I enjoy the most when I'm in company. On the other hand, when I'm alone I play long and interesting RPGs, like Final-Fantasy or Monster-Hunter. The sense of adventure they generate and the unexpected things I can discover call me.
🕹⚽️ Ganar una partida ⚽️🕹
Es una verdad innegable que a todo ser humano le gusta una victoria, y quien diga lo contrario solo se engaña a si mismo. Yo no soy competitivo, pero cuando me retan me fascina dar el 120% de mi capacidad, y aunque gane o pierda me acuesto tranquilo porque se que me esforcé.
Curiosamente solo me motivo de esa manera cuando sé que soy bueno en la actividad, en otras palabras, cuando estoy jugando fútbol o cuando juego en alguna consola como un PlayStation, Xbox o un Wii. La adrenalina que libera una competencia sana y una batalla pareja dando el todo por el todo es invaluable.
Los juegos de pelea, los de carreras y los shooters son los que más disfruto al estar en compañía. Por otro lado cuando estoy solo juego RPGs largos e interesantes, como Final-Fantasy o Monster-Hunter. La sensación de aventura que me generan y las cosas inesperadas que puedo descubrir me llaman.
😋🍕 Eating something sweet or 🍕😋savory
Honestly if I were asked for a reason to live I would say it would be this, to eat. The sweets, the pastas, the casseroles, the smells, the colors, the presentations, I like everything, especially heavy high carb food like pasta or pasticho (yes, Italian food), and every now and then I crave some hot dogs, hamburgers or pizzas, especially the latter.
The fish dies by the mouth hahahahaha
Desserts are my other fascination, I would be happy if I walked into a store and tried a new and different sweet every day; profiteroles, Fondam, mille-feuille, alfajores, cold cake, tres-leches cake, bien-me-sabe, puddings, cookies, bombs, cannelloni, ice cream, chocolate and many more.
I'll make sure I don't develop any such illnesses .-.
😋🍕 Comer algo dulce o 🍕😋sabroso
Sinceramente si me pidieran una razón para vivir diría que sería esta, para comer. Los dulces, las pastas, los guisos, los olores, los colores, las presentaciones, todo me gusta, sobre todo la comida pesada alta en carbohidratos como pasta o pasticho (si, comida italiana), y de vez en cuando me antojo de comer unos perros calientes, hamburguesas o pizzas, sobre todo estas últimas.
El pez muere por la boca jajajajaja
Los postres son mi otra fascinación, sería feliz si entrara a una tienda y probara un dulce nuevo y diferente cada día; los profiteroles, los Fondam, las milhojas, los alfajores, la torta fría, la torta tres-leches, los bien-me-sabe, los pudines, las galletas, las bombas, los canelones, los helados, el chocolate y muchos otros más.
Me aseguraré de no desarrollar ninguna enfermedad por el estilo .-.
🚔 Go with my friends 🚔somewhere
This is the quintessential pick-me-up pill (at least so far); this is the primary ingredient of a good day, a friend's car, 4 liters of juice, two bags of bread, a pot of butter and the whole day to relax somewhere (the beach or one of us' house). Lately the outings are being periodic due to the friend with the car, it is each one of their "moments of relaxation".
I've known them for 10 years now, so we know pretty well how to hang out with each other (last trip to the beach we grilled fish over a campfire). Soon I hope to be able to include my girlfriend in the outings, next time I'll pay for her ticket and wait until it's a vacation, so she won't have any problem 😁😁😁.
🚔 Ir con mis amigos a 🚔 algún lado
Es la píldora levanta-ánimos por excelencia (al menos hasta ahora); este es el ingrediente primordial de un buen día, el carro de un amigo, 4 litros de jugo, dos bolsas de pan, un pote de mantequilla y todo el día para relajarse en algún lado (la playa o la casa de alguno de nosotros). Últimamente las salidas están siendo periódicas debido al amigo con el carro, es en cada uno de sus "momentos de relajación".
Ya voy para 10 años conociéndolos, así que sabemos bastante bien como pasar el rato entre nosotros (en la última salida a la playa asamos pescados en una fogata). Dentro de poco espero poder incluir a mi novia en las salidas, la próxima vez le pagaré el pasaje y esperaré a que sean vacaciones, así no tendrá problemas 😁😁😁.

Wow, debo decir que compartimos muchas cosas que nos hacen felices hahahahahaha! Amo abrazar a mis seres queridos, me encanta el aprendizaje y prácticas de cosas que me apasionan, adoro comer cosas deliciosas, disfruto BASTANTE ganar partidas dentro de juegos en línea (ya que tengo esa vena de gamer) y sobre todo una de las cosas que más me llenan de felicidad es el salir con mis amigos a algún lado. Excelente aporte y muy buenas explicaciones.
