It is possible, you didn't know?
Here is screenshot, click on + icon next to username on top and you will see option to Add account. eSteem always had option to use multiple accounts.

Great changes for the people and I must say that this is the way to go. Still waiting for some extra features to be release there like increase in number of tags and multi tabs which will make the app and surfer more usable.

Yes, surfer update will come out soon with tag increase. About multi-tabs, we are thinking of ways to implement it. Our current best solution would be to release web site as early as possible

Have you got any error message when scheduling? Because if it was successfully submitted, it will be posted automatically on given time.

No, I did not get any error message. However, it wasn't posted at the given time. If I am not mistaken, it follows your device's local time. I scheduled it to be posted at 09:00 AM (PH time) today October 01, 2019, but it wasn't posted according to the schedule and I had to publish it manually instead.

Oh right, it should use your device time and convert that into UTC time and posts. We will check if something went wrong!
