Hoy quiero mostrarles como realizar este hermoso mantel individual porta cubiertos, elaborado en tela y decorado con puntilla tejida a crochet con un detalle de jeans reciclado que sirve para guardar los cubiertos, en este proyecto utilice en su gran mayoría materiales reciclados con los cuales se pueden diseñar un sin fin de trabajos manuales, este bonito individual o también conocido como servilleta es ideal para mantener limpio y protegido el mantel, evitando que caiga o se derrame algún tipo de comida sobre el. ademas es un detalle especial si se trata de decorar nuestra mesa y hogar.

Para comenzar tenemos que corta un cuadrado en la tela estampada del tamaño deseado y luego coser para hacer un dobladillo por todo el borde.
To start we have to cut a square in the printed fabric of the desired size and then sew to make a hem all around the edge.
Seguidamente vamos a elaborar una puntilla por todo el contorno del cuadrado. Para esto perforamos la tela con la aguja realizando medios puntos en la primera vuelta, luego para terminar hacemos unos abanicos con puntos altos dejando un espacio entre cada uno de tres puntos hasta dar toda la vuelta.
Next we are going to make a lace all around the contour of the square. To do this we pierce the fabric with the needle making half stitches in the first round, then to finish we make some fans with high stitches leaving a space between each one of three stitches until we go all the way around.
Luego decoramos el bolsillo de jeans, colocando un hermoso detalle de un lazo que realizamos con la cinta y en el centro le pegamos con silicon una flor, después lo ubicamos en una esquina de nuestro mantel individual fijándolo con silicon.
Then we decorate the jeans pocket, placing a beautiful detail of a bow that we made with the ribbon and in the center we glue with silicone a flower, then we place it in a corner of our placemat fixing it with silicone.
Así damos por terminado este proyecto fácil y sencillo pero hermoso mantel individual porta cubiertos.
