Are the silvery clouds back? Where can I take a beautiful shots of them? Well, there’s an ideal place for all kinds of atmospheric, natural, and astronomical phenomena — the Spaso‑Prilutsky Monastery!

I first photographed the silvery clouds above this shrine back in 2020, when I was trying to find Comet Neowise at dawn.

That’s when I first saw and captured these clouds on camera.

This time, at first, everything looked like an ordinary summer night, and only somewhere above the horizon was there a small silvery glow.

But when the cloud covered half the sky, the light emanating from it seemed as if it were already dawn!

Silvery clouds were slowly moving towards the center of the sky.

Combined with the fog, the entire scene looked epic.

Inside, I was simply jubilant – I didn’t want to go anywhere.

Actually, I spent quite a lot of time here, simply observing the beauty of nature and its atmospheric phenomena.

I wish there were more such great spots where you can capture anything you like.
