We had a busy day today. I decided to renew and sort most of the succulents that grew in the same pots for years and just looked ugly. Mostly Ice Plants and some Kalanchoes. So while I was moving pots in and out, getting new cuttings ready, cleaning old pots and trying to decide if I want them in separate pots or in one long one...
...Suzi was sleeping.
I guess tasks like that are not fascinating anymore. She used to sit next to me and watch what I was doing. Now she only does that when I shoot some plants.
Those are photos from some other time (since there was no chance to get any today) when there was a huge fly sitting on the wall.

I should get some Marigold seeds again. They look so nice in the summer and handle heat well too.

Such clarity with your photos. Zusi looks so much like a panther ready to pounce on the fly. I didn't realize a small fly can have such a big shadow! Incredible photography.

My sis cat discovered a ladybug lately and licked it. The ladybug was confused and disgusted. This is before Schnurrsula molested the bug 😁 ...your kitty is very photogenic btw.

Suzi likes to hunt those big flies... then she caries them inside the mouth... then spits and checks if they still can walk. If the fly is dead she will sometimes leave it inside the shoe. If it is still alive... more fun for her.
