
At first, he is just trying to ignore and justify what was happening but when a series of events starts happening, a pattern is seen. He began to think that day was his bad day as everything was not going in his favor.
Dressing and going to work was an issue as everything seems to go against him. He eventually managed to get to work only to forget his most important documents needed that day at home. It was at this junction that all his strong defense started to crumble and there was literally nothing he could do as it was already getting to him.
During this phase, one of his colleagues saw him and decided to have a chat with him as she had noticed something was wrong. Mr Allen explained that he was having a bad day. The lady simply smiled and asked him what he planned to do about it. Mr Allen gave a confused look and his colleagues explained that every one has a bad day but what we do about it matters as even a bad day can become a good day or vice versa.
His colleagues tried to encourage him to think positively. At first, it was not easy but gradually Mr Allen's face started lightening up and eventually that was how My Allen was able to change his bad day by simply changing his mindset and perspective.
