Ability Or Quality is main thing how any body use it? Doesn't matter.
If anybody has talent/ability then he can accomplish any work successfully.
I am going to proof it through a true example and I have read about it in internet and also have watched a video on same topic.
At first I would like to aware you all that there is a toughest examination/competition gets conduct annually which is known as UPSC( Union Public Service Commission). Millions of Students participate in this exam to fullfill the requirements of 800 or 1000 posts.
This exam has three stages:
- Preliminary Examination (Objective Test)
- Main Exam (Long Written Test)
- Personality Test (Interview).
Out of millions students in thousands can reach to attend interview and in thousands only got joining letter in Hundreds.
Today I am going to share a story about a student which has cleared first two stages and by luck or God Grace he reached to attend interview.
The Interviewers (Actually they are in group of three or four experience People) told him to give his introduction then the he started telling everything about him in *Indian National Language Hindi) after finishing his statement the Interviewers asked to him that Mr. Sharma you are attending a high level interview for high level post and speaking in Hindi instead speaking in English.
The student got embraced for a while then he replied that Sir Language doesn't stop me to accomplish my job the the Interviewers replied that no you should know English very well for this post.
Randomly student demand for a glass of water to drink and as per the rule he gets a glass of water in transparent glass then the student refused to drink water in that glass and said that I need water in Steel glass then interviers asked why in Steel glass? Then the smart student told them that Sir as water is main thing here not Glasses like my talent and ability will complete the task whatever will be assigned to me.
After listening this reply the Interviewers told them to go out, after a month Mr. Sharma gets a joining letter for a top most post in India IAS.
Once again talent matter not language.
