Whats up everyone.
A few weeks ago, I ordered some paydirt for me dear ol da and I to pan over Christmas.
I've never bought paydirt, but watching @kleshguitars videos just peaked my interest.
So thats a 1lb bag of dirt, that cost me about 40 bucks. Hopefully it's fun to pan, and we can get an 80% ROI and pan say 30 bucks in gold... But who knows.
So, have anyone else bought paydirt to pan?

I've panned for gold before but never bought dirt. Panning in Colorado was really hard work for a hearty soul! Hours spent squatting over a stream bed hoping for flakes of the shiny gold stuff and hoping you weren't panning for Fool's Gold! Panning in the comfort of your garage or kitchen definitely would be much easier and warmer! I hope you have tons of fun and find the gold as well! Do a post on how it turns out. Goes to prove that metal detecting has it limits so you have to pull up your sleeves get your hands wet.

They "salt" it. But you will likely never get your money back. All the videos I've ever seen itvseems to average about 80%
That's still not too bad more of an experience I guess
