Sadly, just after midnight I heard that Minty had had a heart attack and died.
I'm gutted.
After seeing him and making arrangements I drove home and tried to sleep but couldn't so busied myself clearing up and washing.
I spent a lot of the day going on Minty's favourite walks, hence the high step count.
I don't know what I'll do without him. Aside from my wife he was my best friend.
The photo above is a mixture of one I took this evening and a superimposed faded image of minty I took on the same spot last Wednesday.
