Hello lovelies! It is Tuesday 1st October! Happy New Month!
I was up blood early today to serve guests their breakfast early. Still dark!
What are your plans for this month? What are you going to achieve? Did you meet your goals for last month?
I didn’t quite meet my goals. I wanted to learn 5 songs on the guitar. I have learned 4 but not perfectly. So my goal for this month is to learn to play all five perfectly.
I didn’t do much in the way of writing last month (other than freewriting). To be honest, with the wool festival coming up at the end of the month all my focus will be on building up stock for that, so I will probably not do much writing this month either. But I will try to finish editing the sci fi story I have written
I will continue to practice spanish every day (I am using the Duolingo app, el es muy bien!)
Today I’ve already walked the dogs, written my freewrite and learned some Spanish. Need to practice the guitar, and do some felting.
We have some friends coming around for lunch today too.

Thanks for the reminder to set some goals today! I have a busy month ahead with some fun activities planned, but no excuse to not set the pen to paper and get some other things accomplished. I have a seasonal nutrition event at the beginning of November planned, so my big goal this month will be to get all the recipes written up and the handout finished, as well. I am also really wanting to start working on my next cookbook, so an outline and some more concrete direction on that would be another good goal for me to work on. Good luck achieving yours for October! Looks like you've got a busy month ahead, too. :)
