Earlier today, I made this wildlife drawing of two lions ( a lion and a lioness) in a cozy and somewhat intimate position in a grassland. The drawing depicts the male lion resting his head on the hand of the female. This drawing shows how love and affection also exists amongst wild animals.
I used a black ball point pen and pelican paper for this drawing and here are my steps;
I made an outline sketch of both lions.
Next, I shaded and added fur details to the mane of the male lion.
Afterwards, I began shading and adding details to the face of both lions.
To complete the drawing, I drew some grasses around to depict a field/ grassland.
