dPoll Do you use a nutrition tracker?
My last dPoll asked about the amount of fiber you get in your diet:

Some of you who answered are interested to know if you are getting enough fiber from the food you eat.
Fiber is one of 31 essential nutritents.
When I start working with people as a weight loss coach, most are not getting much of these nutrients. This is one of the places I start with new clients. I am not worried about calories, fat or carbs. I just want you to start getting nutrition in whatever it is you eat.
Added nutrition gives you a boost in health. I usually see results in weeks. Then we can move on to other things.
I use the free tracker at SparkPeople.com. There are many others for your phone or laptop. Some are free; some cost an arm and a leg.
You are looking for a tracker that has (most of) the NUTRIENTS listed above. Some only have calories, fat and a few other items. Those are not worth it and will not help with my methods.
