Hey Actifiters! My limbs feel tired after a 20-minute jogging. I thought I could do longer than that but it seems that I’m not in a mood to go for a longer jog today. I did plenty of errands today that I feel exhausted when I reach home. The 30-minute seems to work because I felt energized a bit.


I also went to the gym before I went jogging. My routine was 80 counts of sit-ups, 30 counts of 10KG dumbbells, 30 counts of push ups, and 60 counts of mountain climbing.
Tonight’s sky is pleasant too. I saw a bright thing on the sky which seems like one of the planets. It could be Venus?
